Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional East Asian medical therapy that involves the insertion of sterile needles into specific points on the body to promote healing, pain relief, and overall balancing.
It can be used to address a wide range of issues including chronic pain, anxiety, muscle tension, sleep issues, neurological conditions, migraines, fertility, reproductive issues, and trauma healing.

Maya Abdominal Therapy

Maya Abdominal Therapy (MAT) is based on ancient Mayan healing techniques. It has been modernized by Dr. Rosita Arvigo as a therapy to help address reproductive and digestive issues. This is a gentle, non-invasive external massage technique that focuses on the abdomen, low back, sacrum, and hips to address issues in the uterus and pelvic area such as endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, tailbone pain, c-section recovery, and other pain conditions in the pelvis.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on treatment that uses a very light tough to release tension in the body’s connective tissues. By evaluating the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, practitioners aim to ease pain, reduce stress, and promote overall healing. This therapy is especially helpful for the management of migraines, head pain, concussion healing, and traumatic brain injury, or in as a gentle way of helping to regulate the nervous system.
